Park Relay — Account & Data Deletion

Effective date: July 7, 2026

Park Relay is operated by Park Relay Engineering. Use the steps below to request deletion of your account or specific personal data.

Delete your account

To request permanent deletion of your Park Relay account:

1. Email parkrelayapp@gmail.com from the email address on your profile, if you have one.
2. Use the subject line: Park Relay account deletion request.
3. Include the phone number tied to your Park Relay account so we can verify ownership.
4. We will confirm your request by email and complete deletion within 30 days, unless a longer period is required by law.

What is deleted with your account

When your account is deleted, we delete or anonymize, where possible:

• Your Firebase Authentication account (phone sign-in)
• Your user profile (name, email, home apartment link, vehicle info)
• Push notification tokens stored on your profile
• Favorites, notification preferences, and inbox items tied to your account
• Courtesy alerts you sent or received (including attached photos/videos)

What may be kept

We may retain limited information when required for legal, security, or operational reasons, such as:

• Aggregated or de-identified analytics that cannot reasonably identify you
• Audit or abuse-prevention records for a limited period
• Backups that are purged on our normal backup rotation schedule (up to 90 days)

Delete some data without deleting your account

You can request removal of specific data while keeping your account active. For example: update or remove profile fields, or delete specific courtesy alert content.

1. Email parkrelayapp@gmail.com with the subject line: Park Relay data deletion request.
2. Include your account phone number and describe which data you want removed.
3. We will respond within 30 days and delete the requested data unless we must keep it for legal or security reasons.

In-app options

You can update certain profile information inside the Park Relay app. You can revoke location, notification, camera, and other permissions in your device settings at any time.
